Quick Book is a small but mighty feature in HubStar Connect that makes booking the perfect desk for the day even faster. 

With Quick Book, employees can instantly book a desk near a manager or favourite colleague, straight from Week View. 

You’ll see the most suitable desk previewed on a floorplan. Book it instantly by hitting the Quick Book button. 

To choose a different desk, just hit the ✏️ edit button to see options on a floor plan and book directly from there.

From Week View, Quick Book displays a desk that’s closest to the most colleagues on a floor plan. Hitting the Quick Book button automatically books the desk, without the need to open a floor plan or search for where your team is sitting.
