HubStar Customer Referral Program
Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in our Customer Referral Program (the “Program”). By participating, you agree to comply with these terms. The Program allows active customers (“Referrers”) to earn points for referring new customers (“Referred Companies”) to our platform.
Eligibility
- The Program is open to active customers with a valid SaaS subscription.
- Referred Companies must be new customers who have not previously signed up for our services.
- Employees, affiliates, or agents of our company are not eligible to participate.
Referral Process
- Referrers must submit referrals on hubstar.com/referrals
- A referral is considered successful when the Referred Company:
- Has been validated as meeting the eligibility criteria.
- Subscribes to an eligible annual SaaS plan.
Referrer Benefits

Earning Points:
- For each successful referral, the Referrer will earn points based on the Referred Company’s annual SaaS subscription fees.
- The Referrer will earn 1,000 points per $10,000 of the Referred Company’s subscription fees.
Point Redemption
Referrers can redeem their earned points for discounts on their annual SaaS subscription, product purchases, or professional services fees. The redemption structure is outlined below:

| 5,000 Points | $5,000 off | 50% off (maximum) | 50% off (maximum) |
Additional Redemption Rules

Points redeemed for SaaS subscription fees apply to the Referrer’s next billing cycle.

Discounts on product purchases and professional services fees are limited to a maximum of 50%.

Unused points roll over to future billing cycles. All unused points expire at the end of the Referrer’s subscription period.
Referred Company Benefits

Referred Companies will receive a 10% discount on their first subscription period.

The discount applies only to the initial subscription and does not carry over to renewals or additional services.
Program Rules

Referral rewards are applied to the Referrer’s account after the Referred Company’s subscription payment is successfully processed.

Referrals must be made using the unique referral link or code. Referrals made through other means will not be eligible for rewards.

The company reserves the right to disqualify referrals deemed invalid or fraudulent.

Points and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation.
Program Modifications

The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

Changes to the Program will not retroactively affect rewards already earned but not yet applied.
Liability Disclaimer

The company is not responsible for errors, delays, or technical issues that may affect participation in the Program.

Participation in the Program does not create any partnership, agency, or employment relationship between participants and the company.
